What will I need?

I need some advice concerning what I will need. I use an AT&T Wireless (formerly Cingular) Option GT MAX LaptopConnect Card in my laptop for internet connections. I want to improve my connectivity while out in the field stormchasing. I do have an external magmount antenna for the card, but notice disconnections when off the major roads. I need more reliable connections to obtain weather data while out in more obscure areas. I also want to stream video more reliably to Severe Studios while out in the field as well.
